The property is clean and secure which makes us feel safe and comfortable in our new home. Every person we have met in this community has been friendly and respectful to us. Staying here at 4200 paradise apartments is truly amazing living community. It’s comfortable, close to everything that is walking distance and over All friendly and clean area to live in. Only steps from your front door, where you can experience our sand beach, luxurious cabanas, pet park, putting green, and 24-hour fitness center. I recently moved into my apartment and already have fallen in love with the place.

The service apartment house is located in the southern part of the Main metropolis Frankfurt opposite the DFB Campus. Due to the ideal location, you can easily reach the Deutsche Bank Park (1.5 km), the Messe Frankfurt and the airport (9.5 km). I had to sign my lease AGAIN once I moved in. Mind you I was on my lunch break and I spent well over a hour in the leasing office. They need to be better prepared in other words. From applying to move-in day our experience with the staff at 4200 was very pleasant. We know we can go to them at any time with any questions or concerns and they are completely respectful of us.
This apartment is okay if you just need a place to stay but it's not what they make it seem to be. They are very unprofessional and unprepared for most situations. The apartments are old but they could be updated a bit to make the living experience better. The fact that I had to ask for them to clean the dish washer is absurd.

I want to recommend , this is very good place to live. The location , clean compound, enough parking lot , clean pool and gym. Nice community, great office and maintenance personnel and convenient. The gym is well kept and everything is clean. Paradise, a one of kind Las Vegas oasis experience.
